最簡單的笑容

對我們城市人來說
笑,可以是一件相當複雜的事

對於遠在山區小朋友
笑,就非常簡單
只要你望他們一眼,他們就報以笑容

今年聖誕假期
是首次擔當義工身份入山區參與助學活動


跟預期所想就不太辛苦
但要是平時電視畫面所見
親身接觸
先體驗他們的真

家訪中
教小朋友畫畫
玩１２３紅綠燈
只要他笑，我也跟著笑

擔水的老伯
愛靚的婆婆
也是一樣

一切都來得自然，真
想起奶茶一句話

簡單,自然
才是最應該去珍惜的…

不只要聖誕快樂

感覺節日氣氛愈來愈來不像樣
或者是自己心態早已變了
早已抱著形式簡單,心情重要的指標做節

能夠一個日子,跟見到或見不到的人說一句"聖誕快樂"
大家距離突然拉近
對方頓然覺得原來不寂寞
玩甚麼,食甚麼
都不會是開心的重點

每次都希望
這距離不只是一日,兩日...或甚一個月
三個月,大家已經忘記對方存在
然後下年我們又再碰上

而已
是要接受的循環

不用介意
亦無需刻意

正如快樂
從不計算日子長短多少

每一天都可以撕少少下來
就足夠

祝
聖誕及每一天都快樂
朋友們

不甘心

一整星期
見天光的日子愈來愈多

已習慣晚上8點睡
晚飯也不吃
12點就自動彈起床
明乎其實另一天工作的開始

第101種生活方式
辛苦,說不會你信不信
就是不甘心事情已發展至這樣子

因為溝通問題
白白浪費一整晚辛勞
對我來說這很要命

絕不是所有事都沒有所謂
糟糕!!
